The legendary and oldest vocal and instrumental ensemble of the USSR. Already from the name it is clear that the basis of the repertoire is the hits of the golden era of the Soviet Union.

For 17 years of its activity, the team has not changed its performing role. The ensemble performs with a repertoire that is loved by both Tomichi and residents of the Tomsk region. VIA USSR is a constant participant in such events as the "Axe Festival", the Yard Song Contest, City Day, Victory Day and all kinds of festivals and holidays in different parts of our region.

The most famous and professional musicians of our city took part in the work of the ensemble, such as: Oleg Kachanko, Alexander Surnin, Vladimir Tokarev and many others.

The team is mobile and ready to show its program at different venues, both in small and cozy halls of cafes and restaurants, and in huge city squares and stadiums.

The repertoire includes the most famous and popular hits of Yuri Antonov, Mikhail Boyarsky, ensembles: "Time Machine", "Blue Bird", "Earthlings", "Funny Guys", "Araks", "Flowers", "Pesnyary", etc.

High-quality "live"!!! sound, expensive instruments and equipment, stylish stage costumes, competent arrangements, coupled with the highest performing skills and professionalism distinguish VIA USSR from many other cover bands.

It's no secret that a huge number of older people remember, love and are nostalgic for the era that we call the "Soviet period of our history." VIA USSR will bring you back to that time, and you will plunge into the kind and melodic atmosphere of the song creativity of Soviet VIA. All the songs are known and loved, which allows the band to sing along throughout the performance. And although the repertoire of the ensemble is focused mainly on the audience over 40 years old, more and more often we notice among the listeners and young people, which obliges us to sound more modern and include newer compositions in the program.

For high-quality preparation for the concert, the team needs at least 1 hour
from the moment of entering the concert venue.

A big request to the organizers!!! Be sympathetic to our more than modest technical conditions. A high-quality and competent soundcheck of the ensemble is the key to an excellent sound at the performance
and a great mood of the audience, musicians, organizers and those.personnel.
